It started in 1993 with Audra’s Cafe in Angleton, focused on fresh, homemade comfort food and treating people like family. Over the years, that same purpose stayed strong through different restaurant chapters. In 2000, The Soda Shoppe brought a fun diner style. In 2007, the journey led to Lake Jackson and the name Asiel’s, meaning created by God. The goal has always been simple: serve fresh food with care.
